Purchase & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines refund, cancellation, and purchase terms for all services offered by Necrozma LTD. As our products are primarily digital, refund eligibility depends on the product type and usage.

2. API Subscription Services

Refunds may be issued only if all conditions below are met:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • Total usage is below 3,000 API requests
  • A valid reason for cancellation is provided

No refunds will be issued after exceeding usage limits or after the 7-day period.

3. Game Bundle

  • Refunds are allowed only before delivery of the product
  • Once delivered or activated, no refunds are applicable

Requests may be reviewed before approval.

4. Custom Development Services

  • Before work begins: Eligible for refund
  • After work has started: Partial refund may be considered
  • After delivery: No refunds

5. Pre-built Scripts / Bot Code

  • No refunds after delivery or access is provided
  • Refunds may be issued only if the product is not delivered or unusable

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before delivery or before work begins. Once access is granted or development has started, cancellation is not applicable.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Support

For any issues, we recommend contacting support before requesting a refund. Most technical issues can be resolved quickly.
